SFG20 Integration
As part of our commitment to effective asset management, we are also partners of The Building Services Association (BESA). This partnership means we are able to provide a direct link between an asset, BESA’s standard/HTM range of maintenance schedules and the subsequent maintenance activity.
SFG20 is recognised as the industry standard and is an essential tool for planned maintenance. SFG20 is the must-have tool for facilities managers and other roles who want to streamline their processes whilst ensuring compliance standards, including statutory, industry and local requirements, are met. Equipping users with the tools they need to maintain buildings and assets properly whilst being compliant.
Users can access over 500 maintenance schedules across 60 types of equipment, including healthcare schedules that are aligned to the Healthcare Technical Memoranda (HTMs). The PPM module within fmfirst® Estates can be pre-populated with both the SFG20 schedules and Asckey can apply any
critical SFG20 updates to ensure that schedules are always current.
SFG20 Integration
fmfirst Estates can also be integrated with the SFG20 schedule listings; the definitive standard for planned maintenance. These SFG20 ready-programmed schedules are automatically updated each time an SFG20 update is released. Our CAFM software comes with a built-in tasking module but the application itself can be too comprehensive for what some of our clients need. As a result of conversations with some of our clients, we have extended our fmfirst product portfolio with fmfirst Tasking.
