The SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards are made up of 15 categories that allow any successful business in the UK to enter these prestigious awards. All entries are judged by up to 4 of our national panel of judges.
We are proud to announce that Asckey has been shortlisted in the SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards, in the Employer of the Year Category.
Being awarded Employer of the Year would be a great achievement, but for us, it’s not just about the last 12 months, it’s about the whole journey of the business. A condition of our ISO 9001 (Quality) accreditation is that we must demonstrate how we determine and provide the resources needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of our quality management system. This system spans across the business from product development to staff support and training.
We’ve introduced several initiatives over the last 12 months, with the hope of being seen as a fantastic employer. However, our primary aim is to make our business one that people want to work with and work for. This can be demonstrated with our long-standing client partnerships but more importantly with our staff, with three-quarters of the team being with the company for 10+ years.
We can’t wait to celebrate our achievement with all the other SME Cambridgeshire Business Awards finalists on Thursday 5th September.
