How did you get into sales?
I’ve been in sales-related roles since I was 16. I was always told I could ‘sell Ice to the Eskimos’ so being a people-person and enjoying the interaction it all just seemed to fit well.
What do you like best about your role?
I really enjoy getting out to visit clients and seeing the work our development team has done with our applications in action. It’s great seeing it used on the ‘coal face’ and the difference it makes to other people’s working day.
Tell us your best ‘Dad joke’?
I hired a painter and decorator last week. He told me he was a furloughed BA pilot!
The hallway isn’t great, but he made a lovely job of the Landing!
Who is your favourite sports team?
I’m really into football. I play locally and I’ve been an avid supporter of Tottenham Hotspurs for as long as I can remember.
What’s been the biggest highlight of your career so far?
I’d have to say the biggest highlight was last year when I was asked to become the Commercial Director at Asckey.
Where has been your best holiday destination?
I’ve been fortunate to travel to some amazing places, I’d have to say my top 3 are Singapore, Bali, and Australia.
Are you a tea or coffee person?
Coffee, the caffeine fix is often needed!
