fmfirst® Cloud
fmfirst® Cloud is the online platform used for accessing modules of Asckey’s facility management product suite.
The platform hosts modules to support the delivery and management of cleaning audits and surveys. The fully web-enabled platform allows users to build customised reporting as well as providing remote workers with the capability of accessing the information required to carry out activities ‘on-the-go.’
fmfirst® Estates
The fmfirst® Estates mobile app provides the user with the ability to raise and respond to tasks and carry out their maintenance work with ease. By downloading the app onto their devices, staff can complete these tasks without the need for paper or returning to the office to pick up the details of the next job. Everything can be actioned and allocated in just a few ‘taps.’
How to download
Before you download the app(s) to your device, you must ensure that you have enough licences on your contract to cover it. If you’re unsure of this then please get in touch.
On your device, go to Google Play Store and in the search box, type either ‘Asckey’ or ‘fmfirst’ and then click install on the app you want to download. Once downloaded, make sure that the app on your device has permission to both camera and storage.
Once you’ve downloaded the app, you need to register your device. To do this, go to the ‘settings’ page from the login screen and complete the required information. For fmfirst® Cloud, click the “Save” button to save the configuration and register the token. For fmfirst® Estates, you need to click on the ‘Test/Register’ button to register the device token and then ‘Save’ to save the configuration. Your system administrator can then authorise the token from the main application.
And that’s it, you can now complete facilities management tasks on the go!
